The motion detection works really great with areas that trigger emails, and it has a time delay feature which records a period before an event occurs as well as the event, and the sensitivity level is customizable, (so you don't get an email every time the cat walks past the camera!). I found it quick and easy to create record schedules. It automatically searches the network for cameras, even the webcam was recognized as a video stream. Right away, I was pretty impressed by Xeoma. After searching for a better alternative I eventually came across Xeoma. Sometimes settings would work, other times they would fail.
